Booking & Tracking Desk

A smarter ocean route from factory to consignee

Sea freight remains the workhorse of global trade - but only when capacity, equipment and customs work as one. We combine carrier block-space, bonded warehousing and trade-lane expertise so your containers move on the next scheduled sailing, not the next available excuse.

From a single LCL consol to multi-vessel FCL programmes, our ocean desk negotiates direct contracts with all major carrier alliances across the Trans-Pacific, Asia–Europe, Intra-Asia and Middle East corridors. We coordinate every milestone - pickup, stuffing, export clearance, port hand-over, ocean transit, import clearance and final-mile - under one transparent bill of lading.

Answers from our ocean cargo desk

The questions our enterprise shippers ask most often - answered straight.

FCL is best when you have enough cargo to fill (or nearly fill) a container - typically 15 CBM or more - because you pay a flat rate per container, get faster transit and avoid CFS handling fees. LCL makes sense for 1–15 CBM where you share container space with other shippers and pay per CBM or weight-tonne. Our desk routinely models both options on the same lane so you can pick the cheaper outcome.

Jakarta to Singapore: 3–5 days. Jakarta to Shanghai: 10–14 days. Jakarta to Dubai: 18–22 days. Jakarta to Rotterdam: 28–35 days. Jakarta to Los Angeles: 22–28 days. Transit times depend on vessel routing, transshipment and port congestion - we publish live ETAs through FreightConnects.

Yes. We secure 20'/40' reefer containers across all major carriers with pre-trip inspection, temperature setpoint validation and continuous data-logging. Common cargo includes seafood, frozen meat, dairy, fresh produce and pharmaceuticals between −25 °C and +25 °C.

Yes. Our project cargo desk handles out-of-gauge (OOG), flat-rack, open-top, RoRo and break-bulk shipments - including engineering surveys, lashing plans, route studies, port mobilisation and multi-vessel charters for plant-scale projects.

At minimum: commercial invoice, packing list, shipper letter of instructions, HS-coded cargo description and B/L draft. We prepare and file all export documentation - Certificate of Origin, fumigation, MSDS for DG (IMDG class), inspection certificates and any country-specific requirements.

Carrier liability under the Hague-Visby Rules is limited (~SDR 2 per kg or SDR 666.67 per package). We arrange all-risk marine cargo insurance covering 110% of CIF value, plus optional war and strikes (W&SRCC) cover - recommended for any shipment above USD 10,000 declared value.
