Operations Control Tower

Handling that protects cargo, vessels and schedule

Cargo handling is where supply chains succeed or fail - slow gangs, wrong rigging or improper stowage cost more than the cargo itself. We bring trained gangs, certified MHE and engineering discipline so every lift, stow and discharge happens to plan.

From container stuffing in a CFS to multi-1,500-tonne lifts on a project site, our operations team handles stevedoring, marine cargo handling, break-bulk, heavy-lift, RoRo and dry-bulk. Every job is supervised by a stevedoring foreman, validated by a marine surveyor, and executed with TAPA-aligned safety SOPs and certified MHE - from forklifts to 500-tonne crawler cranes.

Three handling services to fit your cargo

Choose the handling service that matches your cargo type. Every tier includes safety supervision, equipment certification and cargo survey support.

Trained Gangs

Certified stevedoring gangs with foreman supervision, rigger qualifications and confined-space tickets.

Certified MHE

Owned and contracted fleet - reachstackers, RTG, mobile harbour cranes, crawler cranes and SPMT, all certified.

Engineering & Lift Studies

Pre-job engineering - ground bearing, lift plans, sequence, sea-fastening and rigging schedule - signed by a chartered engineer.

Marine Surveyors

In-house marine surveyors for pre-loading, draft, on/off-hire and damage surveys - accepted by carriers and insurers.

HSE & TAPA-Aligned

Answers from our operations desk

The questions our enterprise customers ask most often - answered straight.

Stevedoring is the loading or discharging of cargo onto/from a vessel - typically at a quay. Cargo handling is the broader scope including landside movement, stuffing/destuffing, intra-terminal moves and yard operations. We provide both as a single, integrated service.

Our owned crawler cranes go up to 500 tonnes - and through our chartered fleet we mobilise crawler cranes up to 1,250 tonnes, SPMT modular trailers up to 1,000-axle-line configurations and barge cranes for floating-lift operations. We engineer the lift to your cargo, not the other way around.

Yes - bulk grab discharge, hopper feeding, bagging at quay or warehouse, palletising and conveyor-fed loading. Typical productivity is 8,000–12,000 tonnes/day for grains and 6,000–9,000 tonnes/day for cement, with dust suppression and HSE controls.

Yes. We have in-house marine surveyors (IIMS / IMarEST accredited) for draft, on/off-hire and damage surveys. For lift engineering, our chartered engineers prepare lift studies, ground-bearing analysis, sea-fastening calculations and risk assessments - all accepted by major insurers.

We operate to OSHA-aligned permit-to-work systems with JSA, toolbox talks, daily HSE briefings and incident reporting. All sites operate under PPE compliance, confined-space procedures and emergency response plans. Many of our project sites operate at LTI rates below 0.5 per million man-hours.

Yes. We carry public liability insurance up to USD 25 million, cargo-on-hook insurance up to USD 5 million per lift and contractor all-risk for project moves. For high-value lifts we arrange shipper-specific insurance riders on request.
