4. Statutory registrations
The Company holds the following statutory registrations, which are available for inspection upon documented request by a counterparty subject to confidentiality: Akta Pendirian (deed of establishment) registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (AHU); Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) issued through OSS-RBA covering its principal trading and logistics business classifications under the Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia (KBLI); Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) issued by the Directorate-General of Taxes; and, where applicable, sectoral business licences (Izin Usaha) for freight forwarding, customs assistance and warehousing.
5. Supervisory authorities
Depending on the activity, the Company is supervised by: the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia (Kementerian Perdagangan) - for export / import licensing and trade compliance; the Directorate-General of Customs and Excise (Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai); the Ministry of Transport (Kementerian Perhubungan) - for freight forwarding and shipping; the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) - for electronic-system operation under PP PSTE; and the Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK) - for AML / CFT reporting.
6. Authorised representation
The Company is represented by its Board of Directors (Direksi) in accordance with its Articles of Association. Binding commitments may be entered into only by duly authorised representatives whose specimen signatures and authority limits are available to counterparties for KYC purposes upon written request.
7. Capital structure
The Company's authorised, issued and paid-up capital is disclosed in its Articles of Association and current Deed of Amendment. The Company is privately held; its shares are not publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
8. Insurance
The Company maintains business and operational insurance appropriate to its activities, including commercial general liability, freight-forwarder liability and office property cover. Certificates of insurance are available to material counterparties under non-disclosure.
9. Group and subsidiaries
The Company operates the FreightConnects digital logistics marketplace, available at freightconnects.com. Other affiliates and operating offices in India, Thailand, Canada and the United Arab Emirates are disclosed under KYC review and on the Global Presence page.
10. Document requests

Governing law & jurisdiction
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be resolved through good-faith consultation. Failing amicable settlement within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be referred to the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI) in Jakarta under its prevailing rules, or - at the Company's election - to the competent District Court (Pengadilan Negeri) in the jurisdiction of the Company's registered office.
