Forwarding that delivers the whole supply chain - not just the leg

Real forwarding is more than a B/L. It is mode selection, cost engineering, customs orchestration and agent-network discipline. We bring all of it under one accountable roof so your supply chain runs on plan, not luck.

From a single intercontinental sea shipment to multi-modal supply-chain programmes, our forwarding desk operates a global agency network of 400+ partners across 130 countries - backed by in-house air, sea, land, customs and project cargo desks. We optimise mode, route and customs to deliver on time at the lowest landed cost, with one coordinator per customer and a single digital file of every shipment.

Answers from our forwarding desk

The questions our enterprise customers ask most often - answered straight.

A carrier owns the asset that moves cargo (airline, shipping line, trucker). A freight forwarder orchestrates the whole shipment - booking carriers, handling customs, managing documentation and providing end-to-end accountability. We do not own the planes or ships - we engineer the supply chain that uses them.

Yes. Our 400+ agent network across 130 countries means we forward shipments globally - from China to Europe, India to Africa, USA to Australia. We can act as the shipper, consignee or notify party as needed, and provide local invoicing and customs in either currency.

We model your shipment across multiple options - direct air, consolidated air, sea-air hybrid, sea LCL, sea FCL, multi-modal rail-sea - and present cost, transit and COâ‚‚ comparisons. We then recommend the optimal mode for your KPIs, whether that is lowest cost, fastest transit or lowest carbon.

Yes. We advise on Incoterms 2020 selection (EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, CIP, DAP, DDP) - typically saving customers 5–10% in landed cost by choosing the right term for the trade lane and counterparty. We can also act on either side as instructed.

We handle the full document pack: HBL/MBL, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (including FTA forms), MSDS for DG, fumigation, inspection, surveyor reports, insurance certificate, customs PIB/PEB and LC negotiation if required.

Per-shipment: booking SLA, milestone adherence, customs lead time, total transit, total landed cost, exceptions. Quarterly: lane analysis, carrier scorecards, cost savings achieved, COâ‚‚ footprint, recommendations for next quarter - all in a quarterly business review with your account team.
